Made a King Sombra for myself from an extra Shining Armor. All of his armor and his cape are removable. His head turns and his magic eyes stand out perfectly.

Yes, I know he has short hair. 1) I like my guys with long hair and 2) he emerges from billowing black smokey hair clouds, so that's what I went with rather than his Hasbro-shorn locks. >_<
